Anchored in Community. Driven by Impact. Built to Last.
We develop prefabricated, zero/low-net energy communities in Detroit Opportunity Zones — creating affordable housing, pathways to homeownership, and sustainable living ecosystems designed to be replicated at scale.
Get in Touch →Our Mission
AID develops sustainable, energy-efficient communities in Detroit's most underserved neighborhoods — creating pathways to homeownership, reducing carbon footprint, and building models that other developers can replicate. We don't build and walk away. We stay, we engage, and we invest in people as much as property.
"We are not building charity housing. We are building an investable, mission-driven ecosystem that delivers measurable returns to investors while anchoring communities with sustainable infrastructure."
